I find it soothing as well as therapeutic. I suffer from osteoarthritis and have noticed a considerable improvement from drinking one or two eight ounce cups a day. My blood pressure seems to be stabilized as well. Makes sense since turmeric is touted as an anti inflammatory.
I finally had an opportunity to sit and enjoy my Turmeric Pepper tea... I Was Pleased! I've tried many Turmeric teas... this may be the best yet.
I have arthritis. Several years ago I was a patient of a GP physician from China. She recommended I try Turmeric, and to be sure it included pepper for absorption purposes. So I bought Turmeric capsules; no change in my condition. I tried Turmeric tea bags from the grocery store. Nothing. I noticed your loose Turmeric with pepper tea and thought, "I'll give it a shot." Within the week of drinking 1 or 2 six oz. cups daily brewed with one teaspoon, the effects were unbelievable. I am so much happier because my constant pain has decreased dramatically! I no longer have to take round the clock ibuprofen. Thank you, because for me this has been a minor miracle as far as I'm concerned.
I drink this after every workout and my muscles are 70% less sore than if I didn't drink it. Tumeric is an anti-inflammatory and the black pepper helps the body absorb it better. Pure medicine. This is the best brand by far.
