The English Breakfast smells very fragrant and is is a nice fresh (July 2015 batch) black tea leaf scent. You can make your tea as strong or weak as you like it. So it depends on how much you put in. The 16 oz bag makes 180-230 Cups of tea. I can stretch that even farther when I feel like adding in other tea flavors. I like variety some days. I already own a tea pot that is specifically designed for loose tea. I try to drink 4-6 cups a day of varying flavors. You could also always use a spoon that is designed to hold loose tea and set that into a cup. This blend is not my favorite cold unless I add a fruit flavor tea with it. The caffeine is natural occurring and the blend is touted to be good for antioxidants. In the pot I made last night (in the photograph) I combined the English Breakfast with Lemon Jasmine organic tea, it tastes fabulous. I also have paired it with Hibiscus and of course drank it pure as it comes. I like that for my own personal consumption it is very versatile. As you can see in my one photo I have a tea obsession.
