    What is the shelf life of products?

    This Vahdam Teas has a shelf-life of 2 years from the Date of Picking/Harvest. The 'Date of Expiry' are mentioned on the bottom of all our boxes.

    Where are your Teas from?

    We source our teas from over 150 renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

    How are the Teas packaged?

    After sourcing our teas directly from plantations within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. The teas then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Post 10+ quality checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors etc. these are vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminum-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the teas remain garden-fresh and maintain their character. Further, required quantities are packed in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes and then sent over to our own delivery centers located in various parts of the world.

    In how many days can the product be delivered?

    The product will reach the customer within 3-5 days after placing the order.

    How and where are the ingredients sourced from?

    All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality ingredients sourced from their place of origin. We procure all our teas, herbs, spices, and botanicals in their respective prime-harvest seasons, which differ according to the plantation, place of origin, season etc. Procuring these ingredients during their prime harvest periods means that we get the best quality which have an enhanced flavor, character, and freshness.

    Wonderful Tea

    I've had hundreds of chai teas and this is literally the best one! It's whole leaf, so fresh and flavorful! Brew it at 200F, let it cool down a bit, add honey and milk and leave it in the fridge overnight. The next morning - enjoy and you'll thank me!

    Exactly what I wanted

    My old favorite chai tea company stopped making their chai tea recently and I was struggling to find a replacement I liked. I tried a Vadham sampler and it was okay but the tea was in funny little balls and kind of marginal. The Assam version of chai tea is the best I’ve ever had and mixing it with a little bit of Vanilla chai is excellent, too. My morning cuppa is a happy time again.

    Very fragrant, distinct cloves. Dark, hard flavor, strong, satisfying. The spices add savor to it, good strong tea with interesting spice flavors. This is a masculine tea. Not delicate by any means. Direct. To the point. I like it. It is going on my list.
