    What is the shelf life of products?

    All our teas have a lifespan of 3 years from the date of manufacture. Our products carry both the date of manufacture and the date of expiry on them.

    Where are your Teas from?

    We source our teas from over 150 renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

    In how many days can the product be delivered?

    The product will reach the customer within 3-5 days after placing the order.

    How and where are the ingredients sourced from?

    All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality ingredients sourced from their place of origin. We procure all our teas, herbs, spices, and botanicals in their respective prime-harvest seasons, which differ according to the plantation, place of origin, season etc. Procuring these ingredients during their prime harvest periods means that we get the best quality which have an enhanced flavor, character, and freshness.

    When I opened the Earl Grey tea I was overcome with the most magnificent fragrance. The freshness of the tea is unsurpassed from any other tea I've tried. I can't wait to try the other flavors. I'm super impressed with the overall presentation and the aromatic fragrances of the tea.

    I ordered two tea sets, chai and blush. Chai arrived first and it’s beautiful. However, instead of my blush tea trio I received a book of positive affirmations. It bummed me out since these were supposed to be Christmas presents. Now I need to find a positive affirmation in the book you sent.
